License terms

Non-exclusive rights for a single commercial release. The producer keeps ownership and may license the beat again.

1. Grant of rights. Non-exclusive license to record, distribute, and monetize one (1) commercial release using the beat.
2. Distribution. Up to 10,000 paid units, unlimited streams. Producer retains ownership of the underlying composition.
3. Credit. Buyer must credit the producer as 'Prod. by [Producer Name]' in track metadata and visible artwork.

Exclusive worldwide rights. The beat comes off the market and is not licensed to anyone else.

1. Grant of rights. Exclusive worldwide license. Producer agrees to remove the beat from sale and not re-license it to any other party.
2. Distribution. Unlimited commercial use across all platforms, including sync, performance, and broadcast.
3. Credit. Buyer must credit the producer as 'Prod. by [Producer Name]'. Master ownership transfers; publishing split is 50/50 unless renegotiated.

Exclusive rights plus every individual track stem for remixing, sync, and creative reuse.

1. Grant of rights. Exclusive license including all individual track stems for remix, sync, and creative reuse.
2. Distribution. Unlimited commercial use. Producer removes the beat from sale upon payment.
3. Credit. Buyer must credit the producer as 'Prod. by [Producer Name]'. 50/50 publishing split unless agreed otherwise in writing.
